Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss changed character names

BUR #15925 has been rejected.

create alias moxxie_(helluva_boss) -> moxxie_knolastname
create alias millie_(helluva_boss) -> mildred_knolastname
create alias millie_knolastname -> mildred_knolastname

Those characters had names discovered or changed during both series development

Charlie's new surname comes from official twitter page.
Millie's real name comes from a dialog from the sixth episode of 1st season meanwhile both Millie and Moxxie's surnames come from Moxxie's "facebook page" shown on episode 3 of the 2nd season

Would any of the three latter names be considered spoilers? The first one probably isn’t if it’s on the official Twitter page.

They don't have any appearant plot significance. In both cases (as far as I recall), they're just casually dropped with no fanfare. The social media page in S2E3 isn't given any real focus, and the last name is only even visible for like one frame before Moxxie scrolls passed it.

What practical purpose does this serve though? If anything, charlie_magne -> charlie_(helluva_boss) would make more sense, IMO. Why do we need a surname lengthening the tag (I admit it's not that long), while still being no more descriptive than it already was to someone ignorant of the series (including myself)? We seem to even admit spoiler territory here too; this info could just reside in the tag wikis.

I don't know why the OP spoilered that facebook bit, it's not a spoiler. Nothing in this BUR is a spoiler, it's completely inconsequential information that's randomly "revealed" with little relevance to anything.

We almost always use proper full names for any character that isn't from a gacha game. I will not support turning every character into "first name (copyright)" just because some people feel bothered that they need to take five extra seconds to figure out where a character is from. Or are you now going to make a case for changing the thousands of other unqualified full name character tags we have?

Or is just lazy enough to use character_* copyright/*_character copyright and then get the full name

Besides this looking better I don't see those bits as spoiler too, since those affect nothing or almost nothing to the plots

im gonna be real with you, not a single person looking for millie is searching for "mildred knolastname". i watch the show and i had no idea that she (and moxxie for that matter) even had a full name.
plus, its literally "no last name". i dont think it was ever meant to be taken seriously. also see topic #18638

i support charlie, though. considering thats going to be her official name from now on.

As sabisabi said, Millie and Moxxie's "real" names are from brief, easily-missable gags. At best, they're bullet points under the Trivia section in their Helluva Boss Wiki character pages.

Dunno, later at the episode the "no last name" is repeated (but here we enter into the spoiler land) even being just a gag can't be discarded as the family name. About Millie's real name (Mildred), is more a "formality" about the tagging pattern from howto:character
