Alias ERA to reactive armor tag

create alias explosive_reactive_armor -> reactive_armor
create alias era_bricks -> reactive_armor

The tag reactive armor is currently used for any kinds of external reactive armor, including explosive reactive armor (ERA). However, since ERA doesn't have their own tags and shared current tag with general reactive armor, searching "explosive reactive armor" will bought no results despite the tag generally cover the same thing. So I think an alias should be added for the sake of convenience.

Era bricks (meme) also exists and I'm not entirely sure why it's a meme tag

It specifically refers to memes based off of this meme, not ERA bricks in general (though it seems there are mistags, presumably because we don't have a tag that's for ERA bricks in general).

I agree that the name is bad, since it specifically refers to Ukraine's usage of ERAs, so I've requested rename in other threads to clear things up.
