If this goes through you may as well imply school uniform to formal.

Frankly, it's kinda made the tag useless. If post #6254472 counts as formal via implication, I think we're overtagging. post #6264262 is explicitly stated as - and qualifies by western dress code - the character's casualwear.
More than 80% of formal is tagged with suit, which is usually a sign that it's a tag that mostly exists solely due to implication. This is usually a bad thing. Expanding this to include things like post #6258961, post #6262667, or post #6162998 would basically make a tag in desperate need of gardening into one in desperate need of nuking.
