Alias for lulu_(tales) and moana_(tales)

BUR #17205 has been rejected.

create alias rollo_(tales) -> lulu_(tales)
create alias kamoana_(tales) -> moana_(tales)

Aliasing English localized names to the character tags currently in use.

I think it should be the other way around. We usually use English names for Tales characters.

If that's the case, I'll set up an alternate BUR. I remember we switched from Saimon to Symonne, but I thought that was because Japanese supplementary materials romanized her name as the latter.
