create alias reflective_eyes -> eye_reflection
these look like the same thing, but maybe the alias should be flipped so the main name is in line with our other reflective_* tags.

Quoting a Discord message: "Reflective eyes will lead to pollution by shiny eyes without visible reflection."
There's no need to make it in line with other reflective_* tags if it doesn't fit. See topic #24080 as a recent example.
