artist oc alias for consistency

BUR #17446 has been rejected.

create alias shirokuma-san_(drawingchisanne) -> shirokuma-san_(chai)

not sure what the standard is for qualifying original characters, but Shirokuma-san is qualified with the artist's qualifier and their other two Mike and Tama are qualified with the artist's ambiguous pixiv handle.

on the same note I'd like to ask if chai (drawingchisanne) should be aliased to drawingchisanne or not. Their Skeb and Twitter with 12.9k followers users the second name, but their BOOTH and Pixiv use chai. Not sure how often the Pixiv account is seen, but is their Twitter's popularity enough to rename? If so, Mike and Tama should be adjusted instead.

I don't think it's necessary, they use both おえかきちさんぬ and チャイ, I'd prefer a romanization. I'm more concerned with the arttag alias.

EDIT: Chai is too ambiguous.
