Telogreika is a type of warm cotton wool-padded jacket with visibly vertical ribs, but not exclusively designed as a Soviet military jacket.

I cannot ask for implication into collared jacket, because sometimes its collar are not prominently rendered in some images (i.e. from certain distance).
This would be like implying serafuku to shirt. There might be corner cases where only the pants are visible.
