Alias escape -> fleeing

BUR #18723 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias escape -> fleeing
create alias escaping -> fleeing

Kinda strange that this common word isn't aliased with the tag fleeing yet despite it has almost the same meaning.

I think one of those is enough.

I've included "escpaing" just in case some one specifically typed that word, otherwise they can find an alias for "escape" when typing "escapi-" or smth. Kinda like how the current alias for fleeing already has "run away" and "running away" applied to it.
