This reminds me of the point Renim raised in forum #178957 a few years ago, about the fact that merging extra/multiple tags means there's no way to search for characters with an already extra amount of body parts getting extended.
I can't find any post like that right now, but I can imagine something like King Ghidorah with more than three heads, which we'd have no way to search for.
I propose just creating something like extra extra heads or extra extra arms for cases like those (if there's ever any on danbooru right now). It's a bit clunky, but it drives the point across and I can't think of a better solution.
