rename kaname_rana -> kaname_raana

It's a long vowel. The romanisation on the official site, uses a macron: "Rāna Kaname".

Usually when the official spelling has diacritics, we just use the base letter in the Danbooru tag (e.g. Pokemon).

The difference being that "Pokémon" doesn't mean "Pokeemon" or "Pokeimon", it means Pokemon. The Japanese title is ポケモン, which is just Pokemon. Macrons represent long vowels, which we typically romanize as extended vowels unless the official spelling does otherwise, and in this case the official English spelling is coming from a Japanese source that wrote it as "Rāna" instead of just "Rana".
