What are Hanafuda Earrings?

Do they just count the earrings worn by Kimetsu no Yaiba characters?

How do you tag Hiroi Kikuri's earrings, then? They're pretty distinctive, oughta be tagged with something. They're tagged hanafuda earrings on several posts, and I haven't seen any other tag for them more specific than earrings.

(Notably post #6666016 is not actually her usual earring design. Normally it's a flower.)

Dangle earrings/drop earrings as a start, not sure about the specific design.
