Please merge or alias neruneru_(artist) and neru_fuia

Different tags for the same artist. His pixix alias is 寝るふぃあ (neru fia?), so depending on whichever one is the better tag, alias the other to it.

neruneru appears to be the site url, not sure why the tag was _(artist) ever, though.

Aliased both to neru_fia because of that little ぃ. If anyone has a better idea as to what the ふぃあ is going for, let me know.
