Alias will-o'-the-wisp_(mythology) to hitodama

I'd recommend also deprecating wisp, since despite being nuked back in 2016, it got resurrected over the course of the last year.

I feel that the will-o'-the-wisp tag was created because the user wasn't aware of the hitodama tag.

The tag's creation predates the Ghost Miku posts by 7 years, back when wisp was originally nuked (and in its wiki, both Will-o'-the-Wisp and Hitodama are listed as options).

I see. I only looked at the wiki history for that tag which seems to have been created about a year ago.

These might be the only few handful of posts where hitodama wouldn't apply. The rest of the posts tagged with will-o'-the-wisp_(mythology) -ghost_miku_(project_voltage) are more clearly the Japanese-style floating flame ball.

I'm not very keen on aliasing a generic term to a specific japanese term which is technically a subset. Not only is hitodama not the only type of japanese burning ghost balls (there's also onibi, kitsunebi which was aliased as fox fire to hitodama, etc), there's also other variants from other regions such as the chinese 鬼火 (gui-huo).

This is one of those tags that are so old nobody ever bothered to question them, but we're using a specific term when we really should use one that's more generic. It's like if our dog tag was called inu. Or more accurately, it's like if we were using shiba inu as a tag for all types of dogs because someone who didn't know about other dog breeds made the tag 20 years ago and we never bothered to fix it.

I'm also not happy about hitodama konpaku_youmu_(ghost) having 8k posts when the ghost looks nothing like a classic hitodama. That's more than half the posts in hitodama not having any hitodama. If we were to reverse this alias, it would be immediately obvious how wrong these posts are.
