Anastasia (Shadow Hearts) rename and alias

BUR #20381 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

rename anastasia_romanova_(shadow_hearts) -> anastasia_(shadow_hearts)
create alias anastasia_romanov_(shadow_hearts) -> anastasia_(shadow_hearts)

This was under the ambiguous anastasia_romanov, which Damian disambiguated to the present anastasia_romanova_(shadow_hearts). But from what I can find, the official site and concept art (post #227488) just refer to her as Anastasia, though the game makes clear that she is Anastasia of the Romanov dynasty. It's been a long time since I played the game so I don't remember much, but if anyone has an official source calling her either "Anastasia Romanov" or "Anastasia Romanova", I'd support that with the _(shadow_hearts) qualifier being the main tag.

From what I can see, English-language sites referring to the Shadow Hearts character in particular seem to use the spelling Romanov rather than Romanova, so it could be helpful to have that as an alias; I myself do occasionally search our tags for some historical person to see what all versions exist on the site.

From my experience, generally, when rendered in English, the feminine forms of surnames in the Slavic languages that have them get changed to the base masculine form (so from Romanova to Romanov, in this case). There's probably exceptions to this, but in most cases, the feminine form isn't preserved in English. In contrast, checking how the Japanese transcribe Anastasia's surname, we have Romanova preserved (ロマノヴァ). We also have the feminine form preserved for other female characters with Slavic surnames, such as Tatiana Vasilievna Stalina, and Tatiana Nikolaevna Romanova (the real-life sister of Anastasia).
