BUR #20409 has been rejected.

This tag was created by someone with almost no knowledge of Chinese whom had to rely on a Wikipedia page that was quite barren.
The Wikipedia page has since been expanded and the translation there has been updated as well.

This is a higher priority second name if there is confirmation of this information from reliable sources, and site users agree with the use of this alias.

Whoops, somehow missed that. Still, in cases like this it is beneficial to keep the tagname as the proper, unambiguous term, and a romanized name may be better suited to that IMO.
The bigger problem is that "guanmao" is the generic term for a family of very different hats: the liangmao, the nuanmao, the xiaomao.
What we're tagging here seems to be the Nuanmao.
I'm approving the spelling mistake right now, because the current tag name is an incomplete name, but we need to figure this stuff out.
