What is "player character (degrees of lewdity)"?

As the title says I'm wondering what the tag, "player character (degrees of lewdity)", is. From a glance it seems random and there's no wiki page for it.

It was created by @UnderCurve but he also added it to a bunch of random posts. Tag script mistake?
