Question about paid rewards

Posted under General

If the artist purged their support site accounts and left a comment on a free version explicitly telling to look for the uncensored ex-paid variants "elsewhere", would reuploading them there still break the rules?
I know that forum #168930 says "If the artist says their work is okay to share, but doesn't actually release it themselves, then it will stay banned.", but given that the paid reward is not available for purchase anymore, would this case be different?

Specifically, what I wanted to post are uncensored variants of https://www.pixiv.net/artworks/104734125

Did you get an answer? I would like to know about this as well

The last answer I recall regarding this was no but the specific context for that was uploading paid rewards from a creator's page who shuttered all their subscription platforms altogether (e.g. free style (yohan1754) no longer has any subscription platforms but we still can't upload content we received from their Patreon or otherwise). I have nothing in the realm of "the artist said go look for them" but I do recall it's been asked a few times since paid rewards happen to be a sensitive topic.
