BUR #21224 has been rejected.
remove alias hand_to_face -> hand_on_own_face
create alias hand_to_face -> hand_to_own_face
I haven't been able to find much about this beyond topic #6891, i believe it's an oldbooru remnant since there are no matching BURs.
The alias is misleading since it sends to hand on own face and not hand to own face.
