create alias covering_mouth -> covering_own_mouth
remove alias covering_mouth -> covering_own_mouth
deprecate covering_mouth
covering_mouth is ambiguous between the two cases. covering_own_eyes and covering_another's_eyes, for instance, are separate for the same reason.

remove implication hand_over_another's_mouth -> covering_own_mouth
create implication hand_over_another's_mouth -> covering_another's_mouth

Despite the tag covering_another's_mouth it seems that covering_mouth is still tagged for some posts where someone's covering another's mouth, not all such posts are tagged covering_another's_mouth. Wouldn't this update result in several posts tagged as covering_own_mouth despite the mouth being covered by someone else?

Yes, the tag needs a lot of cleanup.
