Apparently, there's a genderswaped version of Nagato Yuki tagged as Nagato Yuuki. As the longer "double U" phonetic tag is very common on Danbooru, the latter tag can be easily mistaken for the former.
Based on the wiki page of the "Yuuki", it was tagged such because the only difference of their name being that "Yuuki" uses a phonetically longer spelling compared to Yuki. Though given the status as a fanmade character, I don't know how we should disambiguate between the two tags?
Could simply go for Nagato Yuki (male), like Koizumi Itsuki (female)
This was a problem closer to the anime's release that dropped off completely over time. Only one example of this specific mistag has happened in the past 10 years.
First, 長門ゆうき is a corresponding pixiv tag, so the "Yuuki" is not something we just made up at Danbooru, it's how the character is called in the original language.
Second, as feline lump has pointed out, mistags are not an issue here, so there is no real problem with the current tag.
