alias steam_from_mouth -> breath

BUR #21655 has been rejected.

create alias steam_from_mouth -> breath

Mostly a junior synonym of breath, AFAICT. Some instances look more like puff_of_air, though. I'm willing to take care of fixing those, if the alias gets support (but before it's actually approved).

Rejecting in favor of topic #25968 which has more discussion.
