I want to use this tag to refer to the Digimon named Locomon.

The artist that was called Locomon doesn't uses this name anymore, the artist uses the tag "conacona_(corner_to_corner)" now.

The artist tag was renamed and the artist entry was moved properly, so I see no reason not to make it a chartag. I went ahead and changed the category.
