Original characters

I wish to create a tag for an original character who is a child of two fictional characters. I believe I understand how to make it, but I have one question that would like to clarify.

From what I have seen from other original characters with tags is that their tags are usually "Lastname_Firstname_(artist)". The problem for me is that the person who made said character is not an artist (but rather commissions other artists to draw their characters) and as such doesn't have an artist wiki tag on this site.

All that said, should I still include their name on the character tag? And for the description in the character tag wiki should I just link to something like their twitter page?

I think if it isn't a short and ambiguous name it isn't necessary, there are many unqualified OC chartags. But yeah, you can use the commissioner's name like celestine_(letmebid), numako_(pizza_kanon), koshoru_(the_mute_cynic), shi-chan_(sige_astraea), sonya_(schan) and many others.
