Nuke BTR

BUR #22388 has been rejected.

mass update btr -> -btr armored_personnel_carrier motor_vehicle

I consider this "catch-all" tag to be absolutely useless. Users can simply use/search for armored personnel carrier, military vehicle, or BTR-* for specific model.
Also, BTR is just Russian acronym counterpart for APC. Changed into a mass update, in case the main tag is missing from some of the posts.

create alias btr -> armored_personnel_carrier

Then what should be done is aliasing it.
