Is it really?

The existing competing character tags since the Holo character tag came into existence some 12 years ago (prior to that the tag was Horo) are:

• 92 posts - Holon. Character from Real Drive. Created around 15 years ago, last updated almost 2 years ago.
• 14 posts - Holom_(chorefuji). Original character. Created almost 3 years ago, last updated almost 2 years ago.
• 7 posts - Holo_(dragonholo). Someone's original commissioned character? Created around 1 year ago, last updated 7 months ago.
• 4 posts - holo_pilot_(titanfall_2). Created around 1 year ago, last updated around 1 year ago.
• 2 posts - holo_defense_api, whatever that is. Created over 1 year ago, last updated over 1 year ago.

There then are of course various copyrights (14), artists (13), and general (47) tags that begin with holo.

We should look at mistags instead. The recent vandalism aside, it rarely gets mistagged (bottom of the page onwards).

Possibly relevant that "holo" can also be a common noun - a term for holograms in various SF canons. When I saw the thread title I figured it had something to do with hologram technology.

Breakdown based on the history.

• 2023: 3 mistags. Intended tags were halo or hololive.
• 2022: 1 mistag. Intended tag was halo.
• 2021: 5 mistags. Intended tags were halo and hololive. (Was one that couldn't be identified tagger's intended tag)
• 2020: 1 mistag. Intended tag was hololive.
• 2019: 2 mistags. Intended tag was likely holding and the other mistag was for hologram.
• No other mistags outside of misidentified characters

I think this is something like the previous chen discussion (topic #22733).
