There's also the alternate spelling of Genocider Syo mentioned in the wiki, though I'm not sure if that's used in official material anywhere.
The Danganronpa Wiki says Genocider Sho (not Shou) is used in Funimation's anime subtitles and some artbooks; doesn't mention Syo at all. But the game uses Jill/Jack. https://danganronpa.fandom.com/wiki/Genocide_Jack

I'd go with the Genocider_Jack/Jill since the games are the primary medium of the series. It's been a while but using Genocider_Jill might be a slight spoiler if that matters at all. Since I believe they were shocked to discover the notorious serial killer Genocider Jack was actually a girl. Then the game flip-flops between jack and jill for its remainder.
With that in mind I'd vote genocider_jack as the primary tag name for her duel personality.
