Undefined tag "kagan"

Encountered this undocumented tag today. Based on the posts it's applied to, it seems to be a transliteration of 花眼, "flower-eyed". Since +_+ and flower-shaped pupils both exist and are well-utilized, I see no reason for this to exist.

Seems to be a "pet tag" of sorts. It was added to many a Hibari posts by one user.

I was actually considering populating this tag before I learned it was nuked before. The name actually refers to a specific eye technique in Senran Kagura, like the Sharingan in Naruto. The Hibari posts had it because she is one of its wielders along with Toki. As far as I know, they are the only two characters to canonically have it, and flower-shaped pupils can still adequately describe it, so I don't know if it should get its own tag, but it might be helpful to alias it.
