Qualify Ef (and some related tags)

BUR #23766 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias ef -> ef_(visual_novel)
remove alias ef -> ef_(visual_novel)
rename shaft -> shaft_(company)
rename minori -> minori_(company)
deprecate ef
deprecate shaft
deprecate minori

These tags are either way too short or ambiguous, so a qualifier is needed.

Ef_a_tale_of memories is already aliased to ef, its the full title how about reversing them?

According to the wiki, that's just one of multiple titles Ef has had though.

Ah my bad, I've only ever seen the anime and thought tales of Melodies was an original sequal series, didnt realize the game itself had multiple names. It matches Air_(visual_novel) so I guess I'm fine with the shortened title.
