I have to wonder if the reason we're even having this discussion is due to some misunderstanding of what an abdomen is, because I can't think of any other reason why people would conflate chests with stomachs.

If we really want an umbrella tag for these, we should alias to torso mouth instead, but I think it would be better to use it exclusively for the full torso posts.

Bit of a role reversal here, but I'm on the side of keeping it more granular instead of less. As GreyOmega said, there are clear visual differences between chest mouths, stomach mouths, and full torso mouths, so it would be more useful for searching purposes to keep them separate.

In any case, I fixed the chest mouth wiki so hopefully no one else will conflate abdomens with chests again.
