Alias outfit_swap -> costume_switch

BUR #25470 has been rejected.

create alias outfit_swap -> costume_switch

outfit_switch and costume_swap are already aliased to it so it only makes sense

I don't find outfit_swap or the existing costume_swap necessary because the default autocomplete shows the right tag as soon as you've typed the underscore.

The bulk update request #25470 (forum #277942) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
