artists and wiki entries

We've had this new system in place where the wiki of a tag shows up at the bottom of the page. It's a great system and works very well for the most part. However for artist tags, it doesn't work at all since almost all artists have artist entries rather than wiki entries (the ones that have wiki entries are usually outdated, and for good reason). Therefore I propose that if the tag you search for is an artist, it shows the entry from the artist index instead.

Additionally, this can even be extended to when you link to an artist in posts (like blade_(artist)).

An alternative would be to have the general wiki sync with the artist entry.

The "notes" section, in which I always include the links to the various homepages of the artist, displays in the Wiki. I've found it quite useful.

Yeah, I try to make use of the Notes section when creating the artist entry, at least having kanji and website URL's, as that gets added to the wiki and displayed when searching the tag. It's very convenient to have there.

Oh I didn't realize that... it's definitely not ideal but at least there's something in place already.
