create implication colored_smoke -> smoke

Just discovered this tag for unusually coloured smoke. I'd let the community and moderation team to decide if this tag is worth keeping or not.
There are also other *_smoke tags for specific colours. I think it would be fine to merge them all into colored smoke.

Agreeing with the merging of *_smoke tags but I think implying smoke isn't necessary.

Some existing specific tags, albeit less than 10 posts.
+1 with this. I hesitated to manually nuke them all in of colored smoke.

+1 to alias. Don't see any specific value in individual colors. Unless something changes in the future colored smoke is enough.

A potential issue is what about images with a certain palette that makes the smoke look colored but it isn't really supernaturally colored smoke in context, such as post #6813999 post #1599762

If we keep them as seperate tags you wouldn't tag those as colors regardless just like you wouldn't tag them red hair or purple hair.

Wouldn't you though? Not the first one because that's just line art on a colored background but if I'm looking for pink/blue color hair I don't want to exclude color theme posts like post #7502065 post #7506082.
