create alias groin_outline -> covered_groin
create alias crotch_outline -> covered_groin
Even the wiki for groin_outline admits these two tags are essentially the same thing. It doesn't sound like a bad idea for a tag, but we certainly don't need two of them for no reason.
I'm using covered_groin because it's more in line with our other existing tags of a similar nature - covered_nipples, covered_navel, covered_collarbone and so on. I decided on groin over crotch because it already matches what groin is for. Meanwhile, crotch is a framing tag, so I'd prefer not to mix the two terms up in our tag names.
