I'm not including see-through skirt layer and see-through dress layer because I'm not sure if it should imply just see-through or see-through skirt/see-through dress.
I'm leaving off see-through bikini because I think it should be aliased to see-through swimsuit.
I think see-through_body and see-through_curtains should be renamed to transparent <> since they're not clothing. (topic #27412)
see-through cutout is interesting; it could be a parent tag of see-through midriff and see-through cleavage. I think it should have a different name though, to avoid being confused with an actual clothing cutout.
