Alias Ferdinand (tank) -> Elefant (and some other tanks)

create alias ferdinand_(tank) -> elefant

There are two variants of the Elefant tank destroyer; the early one with no MG port (known as "Ferdinand"), and the latter one with one (aka "Elefant"). Given that both names were often used interchangeably regardless of this difference, I think an alias is needed for the sake of convenience.

Alternate name of the T28 Super Heavy Tank that is often interchangeably used.
