Deprecate dark_blue_gloves

BUR #27384 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

deprecate dark_blue_gloves

Instead of nuking it manually in favour of the basic black gloves or blue gloves, I think this should be deprecated to prevent repopulation, while it simply cannot be aliased.
