All of these teams are listed as part of Major League Baseball under Danbooru's MLB wiki page. So it would be logical to have it implicated.

Feel free to not add implications to the ones which don't exist yet. Just make sure they get implicated if created in the future.

The only issue I have is that this should probably be a more broad discussion about sports teams and the leagues they're associated with. If we do this for MLB then the same should apply to National Football League, National Basketball Association, UEFA Champions League, and other sports leagues that have tags.

This should probably only be done with regards to traditional ball sports though, since eSports and motorsports teams can be more broad and have multiple groups within them that participate in varying leagues for different games or racing disciplines, whereas the ball sports teams tend to be limited to the one league that they're part of.

nuke major_league_baseball
nuke nippon_professional_baseball

We did this for nippon professional baseball in topic #24074, but now this begs the question: what's the point of having umbrella tags for each league when one can just search for baseball? It's not like you'll get better results, it's still going to be full of random anime girls wearing t-shirts with logos. Is anyone actually searching for these? The analytics suggest they aren't.

major_league_baseball copytags:1 has zero results, and the same goes for nippon_professional_baseball copytags:1. It probably makes sense to retire these tags at this point.

It would make a lot more sense to have these tags be reserved for the event itself: stuff like post #5763331 or post #3327744. Are there any cases of this under major_league_baseball or nippon_professional_baseball?
