Upload failed?

asset #23031667 just says "Upload failed." and doesn't show up under My Uploads. But the direct link to the file works fine, and the hash matches the original file.

I don't know what's going on or how to fix it.

Generally fixing a broken upload is done by just reuploading the file or link.
