create alias senjou_no_fuuga -> fuga_melodies_of_steel

Though the game's Japanese romaji name tag is created first on danbooru, it is much easier to tag if we could alias its official English name.

It should be the other way around. We tag Japanese names with only very few exceptions.

But for existing entries in little_tail_bronx, should I also follow this romaji practice like:

solatorobo -> soratorobo(not existing)
tail_concerto -> teirukoncheruto(not existing)

I am confused on danbooru romaji <-> English name alias in practice. Is it a first-come first-go, or do all entries point to standard romaji name? Wiki page on tag alias didn't offer a clear insight.

The other ones are just English words in Katakana. They don't need to change.
