artist #474791 has been a long time commissioner of arts for akagi_(warship_girls_r), and himself represented as the green hair admiral like in post #8325304 and post #4490082.
I guess we need to find individual artists of all of his commissions uploaded into the system?

indeed, but the problem here is that posts were put with him being the artist, but in reality he only commissioned the work, and there's a need to identify individual artists of these works
If he's the commissioner the posts should be tagged with second-party source, commission and the arttag of the artist that was commissioned (artist request if they're unknown), they shouldn't really have an arttag being used.

i believe the one uploading the images is not the commissioner himself but some other person, indeed 2nd party source would be added
