The straitjacket tag is bloated with images of oma kokichi who does not seem to actually wear a straitjacket. I've read lorewise his attire is supposed to resemble a straitjacket but to me it looks more similar to a changpao or chef's jacket.
I'm happy to go through and replace the straitjacket tag with something like dress_shirt or white_coat, just want to make sure I'm not imposing on some unwritten danbooru culture.

Actually, that's always something that bothered me too. The only time I ever tagged straitjacket on Oma Kokichi was on posts where that tag was actually applicable like post #7391863. I don't think his base outfit is something someone searching straitjacket actually wants to see, if you ask me. It merely resembles one, which still isn't exactly one, ya know?
While it might be wise to see if anyone else pipes up on this, if you want my opinion personally, I strongly recommend the very action you are proposing. I'm not a jacket expert though, so I'll be of no help if you want anything more specific than white jacket.
I'm gonna go ahead with it.
@user Laponette if you see this please stop tagging oma kokichi with straitjacket, unless he's actually wearing a straitjacket.
