Tag change Putting on shoes --> putting on/taking off shoes

Reason: While somewhat unwieldy (especially considering that the original tag is a bit longer than usual already) I feel the cnage needs to be made as it is often difficult to tell(given the fact that most images are stand alones in time) whether a character is putting thier shoes on or taking them off.

In cases like this we generally pick one direction and have the tag count for the opposite direction as well. This can be seen with like sunset, undressing, etc.

fine it can be left as is, I just didn't want to be faulted when and if I added
