No checkered_helmet

BUR #35012 has been rejected.

rename checkered_headwear -> checkered_hat

I've examined all the posts with checkered_headwear and found that there is no checkered_helmet post.

Because it's a deprecated tag this should be a mass update (i.e. update checkered_headwear -> checkered_hat -checkered_headwear), not a rename.

The bulk update request #35012 (forum #328301) has been rejected by @coveredby.
