Reverse the order of Japanese names

rename meru_momozono -> momozono_meru
rename nanairo_narutaki -> narutaki_nanairo
rename chiyuru_tsukigase -> tsukigase_chiyuru
rename rami_kuchiba -> kuchiba_rami
rename shirona_ichijo -> ichijo_shirona

Some character tags for Muv-Luv Girls Garden were created with the wrong name order (plus one that I accidentally misspelled). Names and romanizations are taken from the official website. Furigana (in parentheses, if present) are taken from the character introduction videos on the official Youtube account.

I'll break these up into teams.

Part 1. Team Sirius Sugar

1. 桃園 (ももぞの) める - Momozono Meru
2. 鳴滝 七彩 (なるたき なないろ) - Narutaki Nanairo
3. 月ヶ瀬 (つきがせ) ちゆる - Tsukigase Chiyuru
4. 朽葉 (くちば ) ラミ - Kuchiba Rami
5. 一条 白奈 (いちじょう しろな) - Ichijo Shirona (seems it should be Shirana, but both official sources write it this way)

Part 2. Team Colorful Bouquet

1. 生駒 葵 (いこま あおい) - Ikoma Aoi (needs a qualifier as Ikoma Aoi already exists)
2. 波瀬 (なみせ) うるう - Namise Uruu
3. 姫川 泉花 (ひめかわ せんか) - Himekawa Senka
4. 綺羅 (きら) クララ - Kira Kurara
5. 夕凪 舞亜 (ゆうなぎ まいあ) - Yunagi Maia

rename saya_shiun -> shiun_saya
rename lucy_moorcroft -> lucie_moorcroft

Part 3. Team Chaos Maiden and Team Pyxis Ma Soeur

1. 紫雲 沙耶 (しうん さや) - Shiun Saya
2. リュシー・ムーアクロフト - Lucie Moorcroft (I misspelled this one)

The rest of the names under Muv-Luv Girls Garden are written in Western order in katakana (`FirstName・LastName`), and the tags match that order. If they should be reversed as well, I can make more BURs.

Also, I know all of these are single post tags right now, but I'm not sure what the procedure is for manually renaming a tag if it has a wiki (even if that wiki only has Other Names). Had I been paying more attention when I was adding the Other Names, I would have just moved the tag, then added the Other Names to the wiki for the correct tag, but hindsight and all that.
