Alias Wanda Maximoff to Scarlet Witch

BUR #36139 has been rejected.

create alias wanda_maximoff -> scarlet_witch

Much like with Storm/Ororo, these two tags are interchangeable. No distinction is made between the two in any pic, Wanda is synonymous with her Scarlet Witch costume.

There are posts tagged with Wanda that wouldn't warrant the Scarlet Witch tag (e.g. post #8364832, post #8312484, post #8060781, post #7896288).

The bulk update request #36139 (forum #333047) has been rejected by @Hillside_Moose.
