create alias kuro_gyaru -> ganguro
Kuro Gyaru is just the modern term for Ganguro, there aren't really any sources that support it being a distinct thing with distinguishable visual characteristics.
I'm also going to make an alternative BUR with the reverse because of reasons I'll explain there...

Alternatively. Kuro Gyaru actually has significantly more usage than Ganguro does over on Pixiv. (14k vs around 1k)
Kuro gyaru is pretty much the modern term for very dark-skinned gyaru, ganguro is more of a dated term that isn't used that much in the subculture anymore.
Most of the posts under ganguro wouldn't even qualify as "traditional" ganguro anyways, and the ones that do (bright makeup and colorful outfits) can just be tagged manba gyaru.
