Unless I'm missing some deep McDonald's lore, this is just Imadake Dabuchi Tabemi's official alternate costume and thus should be implied to the base tag.
According to the internet sleuths over at Pixiv, it's unknown if they are the same character or not (https://dic.pixiv.net/a/サムライたまご食べ美). I'm of the opinion that unless it gets revealed by official sources that they are indeed the same, we should treat them as two separate entities.
I would bring another case: Is Samurai Tamago Tabemi and Triple Samurai Mac's Girl the same girl (if not which "placeholder name" should be given to her)?
