Aliasing recurring typos to avoid them in the future

BUR #40581 has been rejected.

create alias two_tone_hair -> two-tone_hair
create alias split_color_hair -> split-color_hair

I’ve noticed users making the simple mistake of typing "_" instead of "-" multiple times recently. It creates unnecessary tags which need to be replaced every time with the correct ones.

Aliasing the typos to the commonly used tags should redirect people to the correct version of said tags.

That’s understandable. The only difference is that we’ll have to correct those tags manually, since their "typo" versions can still be created.

Correcting typo tags is pretty trivial. Doing things like this is the gateway to people who don't know where to draw the line in the sand to start making silly aliases for common typos like pink_eeys to pink_eyes.

The bulk update request #40581 (forum #349721) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.

Yeah, that’s alright. I’ll still place the right tag manually whenever I can.
