What do you mean by that? If you already confirmed that there aren't original characters mixed in with posts containing the copyright (which I hope you did before submitting that BUR), there shouldn't have been any problem with putting "original" in your search and "-original" in your tag script list, then clicking on every post that shows up.
I wasn't aware at what point a BUR is better, so I erred on the side of caution.
