BUR #42119 has been rejected.
rename william_james_moriarty -> william_james_moriarty_(yuukoku_no_moriarty)
Even Sherlock Holmes’ Wiki page linked back to this version of Moriarty instead of James Moriarty, Feel like a rename is in order to make it less confusing to people not familar with that manga/anime (like me lol), while it’s technically unique it almost comes off like a less used first name to those not in the know as it were Ala Wilhoff Tarkin.

I mean, the problem is the wiki page of Sherlock Holmes citing the wrong Moriarty, and it can be resolved with a simple edit (which you already did) so I don't see the point in adding a qualifier to a character name that is already distinct.
In similar fashion, Frederica Nikola Tesla and Lieserl Albert Einstein. The first name in front is already doing a lot of heavy lifting to disambiguate. The rest is linking the proper one in wikis and actually reading the wiki instead of making assumptions about what you're applying.
